There are so many more I can compare but the biggest findings were that Baps, partially due to their size generally have more calories, fat, sugar and salt. Normal rolls came out better and although seeded buns are more calorific and higher in fat it was healthy unsaturated fat from the seeds so definitely not something to avoid. If I was choosing for myself I would choose the fresh bakery small seeded wholemeal rolls, as they tend to have less preservatives and are similar in calories and fat etc as the more processed versions. If your focus is calories, fat and sugar content the white Warburtons soft white rolls definitely came out top! Enjoy your barbecues!
