A Full Body workout designed to Burn Fat, get you Super Fit, Super Toned, to improve balance, strength, posture and flexibility.

The most effective way to burn fat, tone and get fit.

Interval and resistance training with an abdominal section - sculpt the entire body and lose weight!
This class is similar to legs, bums and tums only better!

Yoga with Becky Hickman

Becky's style of yoga is all about having fun, listening to your own body and finding what feels good on the mat. You will be moving through yoga postures to release all the physical tension.  She will help guide you through your yoga journey, giving you the time and the opportunity to clear your head, take a breath and be in the present moment.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.

GetAerobic50+

A fun filled Dance Aerobics and Toning class tailored to the over 50s.  The class is followed by 10 minutes of stretching to enhance flexibility.

Mainly low impact but medium and high impact options given.

Great routines for supple fit bodies.


GetBootcamp and GetHIIT

A 30 minute fast paced and fun interval training workout. Based around the principals of HIIT (High intensity interval training), you will be pushed to the limit.

If you want to get your workout over and done with as quickly as possible but want to feel like you have done a full hour and get the full benefits, this is for you.

Get fit, tone and burn fat fast!

GetHiitPilates

A low impact fat burning class designed to tone the whole body, improve balance, core strength and flexibility without jumping.
Ideal for people who want a great workout but need to avoid jumping.
One of my most popular classes.

GetStretch&Flex
Picture
A class that is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and balance and reduce pain.  You will finish the class feeling fantastic.  A fusion of yoga, Pilates and mobility moves. Slow, controlled moves to ease the body out of stiffness. 
One of my newest but most popular classes beacuse it makes you feel amazing! Suitable for beginners but please note you need be able to put weight on your hands to do this class.

If you are short of time and want a feel good full body cardio, toning and stretch workout.  This class is for you.
A 15 minute class with high energy and great tunes with low and high impact options, so you can push yourself has much as you want!
