GetAerobic50+
A fun aerobics and toning class tailored to the over 50s. The class is followed by 10 minutes of stretching to enhance flexibility.
Mainly low impact but medium and high impact options given.

GetWallPilates
We are so excited about all our news! Be one of the first to try Wall Pilates! It's the new craze and we wanted to be the first to teach it in the area.
The class involves performing Pilates exercises and stretches, with the support of the wall. The wall helps with form and posture but also acts as resistance. You'll be amazed what you can do!, it can also help when you need extra support for your back. The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and we will be starting with the basics! Don't worry that we will be getting you to do handstands!

A 45 minute low impact Fat Burning class designed to tone the whole body, improve balance, core strength and flexibility without jumping.
Ideal for people who want a great workout but need to avoid jumping.

GetStretch&Flex Online Only
A class that is designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and balance and reduce pain. You will finish the class feeling fantastic. A fusion of yoga, Pilates and mobility moves. Slow, controlled moves to ease the body out of stiffness.
This class makes you feel amazing! You must be able to put weight on your hands to do this class.

GetFitPilates
GetFitPilates is a 30 minute Low Impact workout. This class is based on the principles of Pilates. Weights, bands and bodyweight exercises are used for resistance. Each interval is 45 seconds, with a 20 second break. If you like the idea of GetPumped, Pilates and GetToned combined, then this is for you. A Full Body workout designed to Burn Fat, get you fit, super toned, and improve your balance, strength, posture and flexibility.
Boxercise
Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers typically use to keep fit, which includes boxing movements. You will learn how to punch safely and effectively, and as you progress you will be taught different types of punches and combinations involving footwork and body moves. Boxercise is non-contact, so although we will be simulating boxing moves, the only things you will hit are focus pads! You will also work up a sweat with various cardio exercises, games and drills. Suitable for all abilities.
GetToned
A fun 45 minute low impact full body toning class. Sometimes with equipment like resistance bands and weights but often without. A varied workout that is suitable for all levels. Get super toned while reducing the risk of injury.

GetPumped
A fat burning and all over body toning workout! The most effective way to burn fat, tone and get fit.
Interval and resistance training with an abdominal section - sculpt the entire body and lose weight! This class is similar to legs, bums and tums only better! High impact and low impact options given. |
GetBootcamp
A 30 minute full body High Intensity Workout based on the Tabata method of 22 seconds intervals followed by 11 seconds rest.
One of the most effective ways to burn fat and improve strength, fitness and core and tone the whole body. Although modifications and lower impact options are given this class is not recommended for people with existing injuries. |
GetPilates for Arthritis
This is a small group Pilates class specially designed to suit people suffering with arthritis, in any part of the body. Absolute beginners are welcome but this class is also suitable if you have done Pilates but need to modify some of the exercises, due to arthritis/joint pain or restrictions. You can do the entire class seated or standing if necessary. The class is tailored to suit each individuals needs and you don't need to bring anything with you but I would recommend you bring a small hand towel if you can.

This is a small group class designed especially to help manage and improve back pain.
The class will help improve your flexibility, mobility and strength and restore movement safely and gently. It is a great class if you are suffering with back pain and want to take control and learn self help techniques to manage and improve it. Numbers are kept to a minimum so every person can get individual attention to ensure they are using the correct form. |
