I started doing Pilates classes with Gina and a few other mums. After the Pilates class I really wanted to get fit, more toned and shift a little of the remaining "baby" weight, so I started PT sessions with Gina. In 3 months, I have lost all the remaining baby weight and more (14lbs) but more impressively is the difference in body measurements.....I have lost inches! the workouts are fun and her advice on healthy eating is so easy to follow, it really hasn't felt like hard work at all. I came to aerobics nearly four years ago as my first UKGetActive class, then went on to do PT, then started GetToned, then PT again, and now Bootcamp has joined the mix!! It's not always about losing weight, it's about having fun while exercising! and your classes have an ecletic mix of people who make you feel welcome but more importantly you bring the vital ingredients to your classes, which no other classes seem to do - boundless energy and motivation! PT has been a great way to get results but you are not only a great trainer, you're a friend, shoulder to cry on and someone who won't judge if you're having a bad week. Keep it up Gina! Whatever your doing is working.

I first met Gina through personal training when she helped me rehabilitate after an injury. Since then she has help me lose several inches, go down a dress size and improve my posture no end. She also introduced me to her fitness classes which I continue to attend and for the first time ever, now enjoy exercise. I started with Gina 4 months ago. I was a slightly chubby lady well over 60 but wanting to lose some inches and determined to get fit. She ticked all the boxes….4 months later I am at my target weight, have lost inches everywhere and have had to buy a new wardrobe of clothes! I am delighted, and if you are prepared to work at it, she is a great motivator, good fun and provides a varying exercise plan, so no boredom. Highly recommend. Thank you Gina.

I really enjoyed the two face to face classes I attended on the 1st October. Good fun and motivational. I have been doing many of the online classes, which again I have really enjoyed, but for me the face to face classes are the best! Not sure why I didn't start up again sooner!!
I liked having two people at the front of the hiits Pilates class. Always someone to focus on and watch whilst Gina is moving around checking everyone is ok and carrying out the exercises properly and safely.
The booking system is very easy and simple to use which is a bonus and I have already booked in two classes for next week!
Love what you are doing and for all of the support, classes and motivational tips to get us through the lockdown. Love and appreciate the ways you have adapted to keep that support in place for us.
I do hope that the face to face classes can continue to be held for the foreseeable future. I like the times of the classes and I will endeavour to come to the evening classes as they are quieter and need more support. All social distancing measures were nicely in place and I felt safe when attending both classes.

The ray of light, sunshine and hope in the dark times of lockdown came from Gina's online exercise classes. I could never have imagined the hugely positive effect they would have on not just my physical health but my mental well being too.

“I came to see Gemma after the birthday of my third child. I had gained some weight and was suffering with diastasis recti. I had terrible posture and a loss of confidence. I had never really exercised much and did not know where to start to improve my health and appearance. Gemma was so kind and positive.
