GetFitPilates is a 30 minute Low Impact workout. This class is based on the principles of Pilates. Weights, bands and bodyweight exercises are used for resistance. Each interval is 30 seconds, with a 30 second break. If you like the idea of GetPumped, Pilates and GetToned combined, then this is for you. A Full Body workout designed to Burn Fat, get you fit, super toned, and improve your balance, strength, posture and flexibility.

We are so excited about all our news! Be one of the first to try Wall Pilates! It's the new craze and we wanted to be the first to teach it in the area.
The class involves performing Pilates exercises and stretches, with the support of the wall. The wall helps with form and posture but also acts as resistance. You'll be amazed what you can do!, it can also help when you need extra support for your back. The class is suitable for all levels including beginners and we will be starting with the basics!
